  • ChaLean extreme is great! I will finish 60 days of it on Friday! I have lost 7 lbs and over 10 inches. It IS strength training :). www.janetsfitnessblog.blogspot.com shows my 30 day results!
  • No ab routine will get rid of the baby belly. It will make your an muscles stronger and more toned...but only eating better will get rid of the flab! I recommend ChaLean extreme. I know you said you have it...it is incredible for building muscle which will burn the fat! My baby is 4.5 mos old. In the past 6 weeks I've lost…
  • I sent you a message!! You can TOTALLY DO IT!
  • You could totally do it! There is P90X2 coming out soon too! EEK! I get totally being scared. Frankly...I am too! I'm doing ChaLean Extreme right now and LOVE IT! I'm going to do Turbo Fire next to really boost the weight loss (it's a mega fat burner!) and THEN P90X! I'm excited!! The previous poster was right...there is a…
  • I cant see your food journal unless I add you as a friend, which I'd be happy to do! Usually being tired means you aren't eating enough! Make sure you are eating all of your activity calories. There was a great post the other day from a personal trainer who was actually professionally and academically trained in it and she…
  • It's my understanding that you can run in any race...but if you don't pay you don't get a number....therefore if you place you don't medal or get recognition! If you find a race you want to do...call the chairperson or the info number and ask if thats possible! Several cross country teams do that at major races in Texas!
  • What about Kick boxing? Turbo Fire is next on my "to do" list. I've heard its one of the most high intensity cardio workouts out there! http://tinyurl.com/4g8rfgq Insanity may be more for you though! http://tinyurl.com/2eksh84 I also like The Firm DVDs that incorporate the Step!
  • I researched this for my aunt. P90X is really geared toward people who are pretty fit. NOT TO SAY that beginners haven't done this and and been successful! I am doing Chalene Extreme. It is the same method...muscle confusion...high intensity intervals and weight training with heavy weights, but its a slower paced program…
  • Forgot add...with Chalene there are three 90 day rotations. each gets progressively harder/heavier. There are also 2 cardio days/week and abs/stretching. The dvds are all under an hour (most are about 35 min or so). In my pics you can see a big difference on the front pic and the side pic! Hope that helps!
  • I agree with Chalene Extreme! I've done it once BEFORE i got pregnant and now am 4.5 months post partum and am about half way through it! I have my 30 day photos on my blog page and a link to Chalene Extreme for more info! I LOVE IT! "GO HEAVY OR GO HOME!!" www.janetsfitnessblog.blogspot.com
