This. "Diets" are not the way to go unless you can see yourself sticking to it for the rest of you life. It's a change of lifestyle. Not a diet. Exercising is a HUGE part of losing weight along with eating healthy.

There is an app for you phone you can download called "Couch 2 5k". lots of people have had success with this and I am currently using this app. Starting on week 2 this week. It's completely doable!
