Just wonder if any of you guys logged your workout for the 30DS and if so...how do you log it?

I think most people log it as circuit training. Of, if you have a HRM, you can create your own exercise and manually enter the calories.0

Under cardio = circuit training
circuit training = cardio+resistance training0 -
Okay, thank you guys. I just didn't want to log it wrong and my calories be off by lots.0

I created my own exercise, and I use a HRM and burn about 170-210 cals per workout based solely on the HRM. Since there are some good strength movements in there, actual burn is probably a bit higher. But, we're probably not the same size, age, height, so YMMV.0
