Is anyone else using a heart rate monitor?? I'm curious as to how many calories everyone is burning with these workouts? I just did Ballistic Backside today and it said I burned 630 calories. I'm thinking that my HRM must be off...

I just started the workout today so I haven't tried enough of it yet but so far I like it. A lot of people said that she gets annoying and I can see how but if you are already doing a lot of Jillian then you are probably used to it. I usually prefer more heavy lifting but I was looking to switch it up so I tried this.

I finished workout 9 yesterday for the first time and workout 10 today and I HATE them! Workout 10 is a little bit better but ugh, I can't imagine doing these for the next 2 weeks. I know I'm going to see killer results doing these 2 workouts but they suck! lol

I thought week 3 was doable but def a step up from weeks 1 and 2. I had to take a 25 second break halfway into circuit 3... Oh well..at least I got through it!!

They emailed me back and are sending out the replacement CDs for the ones my dogs chewed!!! Thanks again for the suggestion!!!

So just as I'm about to start week 2, I notice that my dogs ate CDs 1,2 and cardio for phase one :( now I don't know what to do!!

Workout 2 completed! Cardio was skipped for the day :( but I did do it yesterday. I thought the first 2 workouts, plus the cardio wasn't too bad. I'm a little worried about the future though! Lol, knowing Jillian it's gonna get a lot harder! Keep up the good work everyone!

I'm starting today and doing the kickstart. Had the eggs and lox already and making the soup and chicken for lunch. I'm doing both workouts back-to-back tonight due to scheduling conflicts! Excited to start and excited to hear everyone's thoughts and progress!

I found level 2 to be fairly easy because of doing 30DS before. Level 3 gets more difficult and Level 4 is a killer for me! It's doable though!

Stick with 30DS before moving onto Ripped. Trust me, it gets better!!! I finally finished 30DS and was so proud of myself and really noticed a difference in my endurance and strength. Ripped is no joke either! I would suggest finishing 30DS and then moving onto Ripped. If the push-ups are killer, then do the modified…

Yeah I thought about that. I heard ESAS is longer workouts..which I hate. So I'd probably be more likely to stick to 90 days at only 30 min a workout. I was more or less wondering what people who have tired both thought would be a good step to take after doing 30DS and Ripped

I have it...it's def a challenge but worth it! I noticed results in my butt and thighs within the first couple weeks. Never stuck with it until the end though!

I'm on level 2 day 1. Level 2 is brutal! But I'm determined to finally make it through a full 30 days! I've started and stopped this so many times. Stick with it ladies! You will see results :)
