I had porridge and honey for breakfast... 2 x apples .. 1 banana as snacks during the night .. 5 minute pizza which was only 300 kcals before leaving for work .... then I had the hairy dieters meat and potato pie only 355 kcals with salad and ive had 2 punets of graze box things both 100 kcals each .... im looking forward…

Hi I'm a nurse on a challenging behaviour unit and i have only recently started doing night shifts. I generally work 3 to 4 nights a week and they can differ what night I work. I work from 7.30pm to 7.30am. I tend to eat a meal before going to bed at 9am... sleep but annoyingly wake up at 11am and 1.30pm for the loo ...…

Hi I've just joined the group as Ive recently changed my shift pattern to nights and I generally work 3 to 4 night shifts a week 7:30pm until 07:30am. So I'm looking for good advice and tips for my eating routine and workouts :-)
