Hi all. I'm Sara. I had a baby 5 months ago, and was thankfully able to lose the baby weight right away, now I'm working at getting back to my "fighting weight" ha ha. I would love more friends for extra encouragement and accountability.

I tend to lean more toward protein, I eat more meats and protein shakes, I'm not a bread person. I just didn't know if I should alter my percentages myself.

I'm starting tonight! Typically I'll be doing it in the morning but my DVD player decided to stop working this morning. I'm not a mom, but I could use any extra motivation possible. I feel like since I got married (9 months ago) my husband and I have pretty much give up - time to get back on track!

You may just consider having a bra, or cups sewn directly into the dress so you don't have to wear a bra. Thats what I've done for every bridesmaid dress I've ever had and also planning to do for my dress.
