I only do home workouts. Except my walks that are around my neighbourhood.

I have 100lbs to lose so i got a wii, wii active, just dance 3, and zumba 2. I do atleast one a day for 45 min.

I weight 262, and i do burn nearly 1000 cals in an hour because i used an hrm, and checked the numbers on mfp and the zumbacalorie.com site and they were all within 10calories
