Why not check out youtube for exercises - i'm positive there is a number of videos that you can do that you aren't jumping around. Youtube is free and you can find some exercise dvds that you love before you purchase them and the wiifit will cost about $50.00CDN + .(but if the boyfriend has it then i guess it's no $$ out…

Why don't you try this a jello cup with some added almonds and chocolate chips. Very low cal but feels like a treat with the almonds and chocolate chips. Try cutting down on the sweets each day, once you start eliminating some you will find you don't need them all.

I like it simple shred the squash and season with salt and pepper and some cheese and little bit of butter or add some spaghetti sauce, meat and veggies. I need to try more recipes too. PS. Hint to make cutting easier - microwave the squash for 1 - 2 minutes before cutting.
