I'm a SAHM to 4 children (ages 1, 3, 5, 7 years) and am looking to lose about 50 pounds total. So far I've lost 10 since starting this journey about a month ago. My workout goal is 5-6 days per week and so far I've been doing well with that!

I'm a new stay at home mom to 4 children. My 3 boys are 7, 5, and 2.5 years old and I have a 15 months old daughter. Life is busy and hectic and this transition from working to SAHM has been more challenging than I anticipated, but I love it! I am hoping to lose about 40lbs. We use Daiya brand as well. It has very little nutritional value, but it does melt and provides a creamy texture in recipes when needed. It definitely doesn't taste like regular cheese, but we still like it. (We use it because our kids are allergic to all dairy)

I had a sucessful VBAC less than 19 months after my emergency c-section (my blood pressure dropped so low that I lost consciousness) after 40 hours pf pitocin-induced labor (my water had broken naturally, but no contractions). I prepared well, stayed very fit, and made sure not to gain too much weight. I researched like…
