Thank you! I started off by changing my eating, portion size was key. I lost about 12lbs very quickly with just eating less, smaller portion to start with and I didn't go back for seconds. Lots of water! Then I added going to gym twice a week and using my elliptical at home 2~3 times a wk doing 30 minutes of cardio each…
