Down 31lbs so far
I started my journey August 2011, it has been a slow process compared to some of you but so far I have lost 31lbs. I do not have pictures from the beginning but my before pics here are from October 2011, I had lost approx 18lbs at that point already and my after pics are from Feb. 25th 2012. Looking for opinions on a good fat burner

Finally had someone notice
I was starting to wonder if it looked at all like I had lost some weight.. I know its only 18lbs so far but I have been waiting for the day it was noticed. My Mom was the only person that has said anything... until today. A coworker noticed and commented on it! FINALLY!! Its a good feeling to be complimented! :happy:
