Hi! As well as having 2 small boys i work fulltime so when i clean - i tear into it! it takes way more time than i log and i also log it as moderate as feel the cals are too high on mfp! i know i work up a sweat anyway but mabeye thats just me??:happy:

i still eat bread pasta etc just not the massive portions i used to. i also move my *kitten* more in everything i do. as long as i control my portions im okay. i have at least 2 slices of bread every day and look at my ticker. started this properly in jan!

well i found lifting my children have done wonders! my muscles ache after lifting my 10 mth old for a while! so if you dont have any kids some heavier weights! and my bingo wings were very bad!!
