This is my first time on here. I recently had a baby and I need to lose about 21 more lbs to be at my pre prego weight. I was actively dieting when I found out I was pregnant. I hope to get it back.

    Congratulations on your little one. I have 3 munchkins (16, 5,2).

    The advice I would give you is: take it easy since you just had a baby. Once your doctor tells you its ok to start working out. Go slowly. Start maybe with eating healthier and walking at first. Then once your body gets use to the activity you can go to the next step with an exercise video and join a class.
