I have 3 elementary aged children, work full time, my husband is self- employed so he works long crazy hours. I pretty much take care of everything at home on my own and I still MAKE time to exercise.

My favorite is Ripped in 30. I'm just starting week 3 and it definitely kicks your butt.

I do cook differently for myself than I do the rest of my family. My boys are already beanpoles and very active. If they ate the same thing I did there would be nothing to them!

Jillia Michaels "Ripped in 30" is a short workout. It's the same length as "30 day shred".

Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. It's a 50 min. workout that includes seven 6-minute circuits. No weights. I absolutely love it.

I LOVE the 30 day shred. I work full-time and i have 3 kids so it's hard for me to commit alot of time to a workout. I have found this to be a short workout but very effective.
