Looks for smaller snacks that have more calories and good fats. Nuts are great for this. A quarter cup of (most) nuts will give you about 200 calories, without making you feel overly full and like you have ben eating all day.

Hi! I have been on here for about a month as well. I joined ages ago, and never used it until my husband and I started the Primal Blueprint. I needed some way to track the carbs, as well as calories, and i have been very pleased thus far with both the tracking/reporting capabilities of the site AND my progress on Primal.
