I must agree - I struggle with the thought of deleting people, as they do often come back, and - lets face it - we all have stuff going on in our lives that can take over. I guess for me, it's about replacing those who have disappeared to get more support, and hoping the old ones come back over time for extra support!

I have started running too - although just on my treadmill. I keep it in my garage, and unfortunately the garage is baking hot when the sun is out. I was once told by one of the instructors at the gym that people who don't sweat much during a vigorous workout are generally dehydrated! Not sure I really buy into that though, as I don't sweat much and will generally drink 2 - 3 litres of water during the day.

Tonight was my 4th (and should have been final) time doing Workout 3. I felt I managed it better than I had been doing, but still not great. So I have decided to repeat a week next week, making Phase 1 last 5 weeks rather than 4. I don't want to move on too quickly and run the risk of achieving even less in Phases 2 and 3.…

Your goal sounds fine to me. I am getting a bag of mini-Malteaster bunnies this year - hopefully I can be good and ration them over a few days, but if not - the whole bag is only 310 calories, so I will just need to do an extra workout to compensate!!

Hi Kirsten - I did the same, cancelled WW to focus on calories - I realised one day that I had eaten over 1,200 calories but only 21 Points - I should have been on 30 Points so that would have been far too many calories if I had eaten all my points! Early days for me too - only been seriously focused for the last week.
