Weight lost/gained this week: A week ago I was 134 lbs but gained 1 lbs this week as i am PMSing and am super bloated! Sucks!
Weight lost/gained this month: Lost 5 lbs!
Successes/struggles this week: I lost a total of 5 lbs so far. I started off from 142 lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I am disgusted by the way I have started looking. Can't believe how I got here. I stress eat, and my job was being really tough so I gained a lot of weight the past couple of months. But my success this week was that I did all days of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and have been eating clean and carefully. So that's big for me. I am going out with my friends tomorrow, so lets hope I manage to clean eat tomorrow too! (fingers crossed)
