Hi, Everyone!

This is a follow on from the June Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the June challenge to join in July.

You will copy the form below, and paste in in a new reply, adding your own information. Each week you will update in a new reply.

    Successes/struggles this week: I really liked the June Challenge as it made the overall tendency more visible. Early May was when I started here on MFP and there is some progress. I am very happy about it! I weigh myself daily but obviously there are fluctuations, so with the weigh-ins here it is easier to notice a general direction. Will put my start weight in on Wednesday.
