  • I'm 5 foot, and 109 pounds, body fat % of 20 to 21..Was 155 pound two years ago this January. I'm headed for body fat of about 18%, which is somewhere in the 100-105 pound range.
  • I'm 5 ft and 27 years old. I weighed roughly 100-105 when I graduated high school (2004), but after that I slowly gained (and had a pregnancy as well) until I hit 155 in Jan 2011. I started losing, and am now at 109. I'm aiming for 100-105 but am more focused on body fat percentage of 18%. I'm leaning more towards a very…
  • height: 5ft weight before pregnant: 125ish weight during pregnancy: 170ish (I really don't know though) weight after delivering: 140 (guessing) weight when I started losing: 155 (Jan 2011) current: 109 goal:105 (or 18% body fat) Age: 27 Delivered: Sept 8, 2009 I did it with portion control in the beginning, then slowly…
  • I'm 5ft even. When I started my weight loss journey in January 2011, I weighed 155. I didn't really count calories for a year, lost 25 lbs. For the past year, I've lost 21 lbs (with two months off due to ectopic pregnancy) counting calories. I started at 1200, didn't really exercise until recently ( I do NOT eat back those…
  • Yes, I went from 155 to 125 lbs before exercising at all. Then I started to randomly exercise, nothing on a regular basis, got down to 115. I was flabby, looked a lot heavier than 115, and very unhappy. I started doing push ups, crunches. Lost 7 inches off my waist with less than 5lbs lost, and started to see definition,…
  • Yesterday it was 4 lbs, but I checked this morning, and now it's only 2 lbs. I'm guessing a lot of it is water weight. While I didn't follow my plan to not gain, but maintain, I'm totally fine with it. At first I was a little bummed, but I now know the tools to keep it from staying whereas before I started this, I didn't…
  • Having my DH tell me that I can totally rock a bikini (which is crazy to me because I still don't see myself any where near bikini size)! Nearly every time my DH walks by me, he can't seem to keep his hands to himself. Best feeling in the world, knowing that he not only loves me, but is physically very attracted to me.…
  • I've been diligently following this thread, cause I'm 5ft, but only have 5 lbs until my goal. I've lost 45 lbs total as of now (110 down from 145). Any chance I can join?? I'm going to need motivation to maintain, and to keep setting goals after I hit my goal weight (such as running x amount, lowering body fat %, gaining…
  • My DH told me a couple days ago that I would rock a two piece swimsuit. Also, I tried my wedding dress on and it's too big!! Sad, but pretty cool at the same time. I know that's not today, but it's still got me walking on air. 5 more lbs, and I've at my goal weight, and the lowest I've been in nearly 7ish years.
  • Doing good over here. I've started regularly doing cardio/lifting weights for the first time. I've lost 5 lbs that I've been yo-yoing for the past 5 months, and took an inch off my waist. How I wish I had started earlier in my weight loss, but such is life. 6 ish lbs left to goal weight, then I want to work on body fat.…
  • Nursing requires about an extra 300-500 calories, if I remember correctly. kellymom.com is an awesome breastfeeding website, I haven't visited since my dd stopped nursing at 17 months, but I do remember seeing stuff about losing weight while nursing. How I wished I had started then, instead of starting when she was 2 and…
  • I'm 5 ft even, though my DH says I'm only 4'11 but I disagree. Any who, I started losing weight two years ago this January. I've always been on the skinny side, but after graduating/getting married/having a baby (c-section), I gained 50 lbs.I am 26 years old Here are my stats. Start pant size: 12 Current:0/1 Start weight:…
  • To a degree, yes. I offer a good, healthy plate, with age appropriate serving sizes. Seconds on anything on her plate, as long as she's partially eaten a fruit or a veggie (that she likes, if she doesn't like it, she doesn't have to have it). If her day has been not so balanced (like if we had fast food, a once a week…
  • I'm 5ft even (my husband swears that I'm actually 4 ft, 11 but I think he's crazy) and 26 years old. When I graduated in 04, I weighed roughly 103-105. When I started losing weight (after getting married and having a baby) in Jan 2011, I weighed 155. I'm currently 112 lbs, BF at 22.2, waist of 27.5, hips at 32. My first…
  • I started doing 50 sit ups, 15 push ups a day. In two months, without losing any weight, I lost 5 inches off my waist, and 2 inches off my hips. I however, am 5 ft, 110 lbs(21% body fat), and now have a 32 inch hip, and 27.5 waist. I wish I could get down to 25 waist!
  • I'm 5 ft even and started at 155, am down to 115. It took me a year and a half (with two months off with a pregnancy that I ended up losing) to get to this point, but I'm pretty excited to be where I'm at. 10 lbs to go until I reach my target weight, then I want to tone and firm. Add me if you want.
