  • That is a really good question. I am also interested to hear what you all do. For me, it depends on the exercise, if it is one of the weight lifing days, then i definatly do since i am usually starving after burning all of those calories. If I just do cardio or go for a walk, i don't.

  • thanks for the info. I am doing the shakes and protein suppliments. The good thing is that the shakes are filling, but that doesn't seem to stop me from snaking anyway!!!

  • I have had that happen before as well, and it is a really negaitve way to start your week. Also quite frusterating. It could be many things, but what i have always found that works, is to drink a lot more water today and it will help flush out whatever it is your body is holding on to. Another thing it could be in muscle.…
