I like my jawbone up24 but plan to upgrade to the fitbit charge or the up3. Any rumors about when the up3 will have continuous heart rate monitoring? what I read said in a future software update.

Thanks, smwooley. I need to find ways to increase my protein. I'm not a vegetarian but am not naturally drawn to meat often. Also don't like eggs. I think I'm going to search out some low sugar/low carb protein powders. Carol

Count me in, too. Depression used to be the big one for me, but the past few years anxiety has been more a part of my life. Exercise does help. I have to remind myself of that sometimes, but I'm not the same when i'm not working out. My anxiety has really been getting to me the past several days, and I'm hoping some of it…

I've been off and on with Herbalife since the holidays but I plan on getting back on track soon. I love the shakes and the beverage drink mix. Helps me get some extra protein. Carol

If you switch to gluten free versions of foods you eat now, gluten free can expensive and unhealthy - lots of sugar, carbs, not a lot of nutrition. Thanks for the thoughts, everyone. I'm still on the fence. I know the dvds would be cheaper, but I haven't been disciplined about working out at home for a long time. The structure and group of the gym could be nice. But it is pretty expensive.

I just bought "The Body Fat Solution" by Tom Venuto on Amazon. Should get it today or tomorrow. I've been reading some of his blog and stuff online and enjoy it. I'm looking forward to the book. Carol

5-10 for me too. I'm doing more weight training now, so I'll have to see how my clothes feel after 5 pounds then decide if I should go for the other 5. It can be tough! I'm doing a 2 week book camp program at my gym starting Monday. I'm hoping it helps me get unstuck. Carol

So glad people are in this same spot with me. I think we can be great support for each other! Kath - I was at a maintenance weight and gained about 5 pounds, too. I loved ChaLean Extreme!!! It was the first time I enjoyed strength training. Heavy weights, but low reps. Made me feel strong. :) Carol
