Withings scale?
Hi Does anyone here have the Withings smart body analyzer scale? I'm curious and tempted but would like to know more if people are enjoying it or not. I like that it will show reports, snyncing here or to my phone. Want to be able to track changes in my body fat and not just changes in overall weight. Thanks!

Setting a daily calorie deficit goal
I'm sure there's a simple answer to this but I can't seem to figure it out. I'd like to set a daily calorie deficit goal to help me not only know how many calories to consume, but also how many to burn to reach my goal. This field in the goals area doesn't seem to be customizable. Am I missing it somewhere?

Headaches during/after working out
I sometimes get raging headaches during or after my workouts, especially intense cardio. They last the rest of the night and sometimes linger into the next day. Body doesn't want to move
I've struggled in my workouts the past several days. It's like my body doesn't want to move, in a different way than just being tired. When I try to run, my legs feel heavy, achy, etc. Almost sore, but not really the same feeling. Anyone experience this before? Carol
