Frustrated - please help

I'm so frustrated with my body lately. GI doc moved me to a gluten free diet in January. Been doing pretty well with that, and even try to avoid GF versions of normal gluten food (occasional slice of GF bread or GF pizza, but not on a regular basis). In May I found out I have low blood sugar and doc recommended low carb/high protein, no sugar. Admit this has been harder to stick to than gluten free, but I've still been doing my best. I feel like these changes should also be helping me lose weight. Instead, I've gained a little and it's all I can do to keep from gaining more. In total, I'm up 10 pounds. On top of that, I still have fairly regular bloating, occasional constipation, and frequent nausea. I'm so tired all the time. Working out 3-5 days a week. I couldn't even lose weight when I was doing P90X at my gym.
What is wrong with my body? Thyroid was checked about 6months ago, so that's not it. Thinking about see a DO, or maybe checking in with my GI or allergy doc.
I haven't been tracking the past couple of months. It tends to make me super anxious. I'm going to try it again and see if it gives me any data.

tracking your food and then also how you feel afterwards would probably be really useful for you...I bet some correlations will jump out at you pretty quickly. Sorry you're having such a tough time of it.0

Maybe try to drink more water, get more fiber and probiotics, as well as maybe more good fat (coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, nuts, nut butters, salmon). You could try fruit smoothies with added chia seed, yogurt parfaits with freshly ground flaxseed, salads, vegetable soups and stir-fries, etc. Eating a high protein diet does tend to make you feel pretty clogged up up for awhile unless you make sure to balance out the protein with other things.
Also, if you just started the gluten-free diet recently, your body may be going through a process of elimination, which could mess with your system temporarily.0
