  • i wouldnt really do any more than 3 classes a week (hours) hamstrings muscle tighten up with too much cycle work, unless you add some yoga or body balance / flow as well. the best to get fit is to cross train, swim run row cycle do loads of different cardio work to keep those calories burned off. best of luck :-)
