The only one I have every eaten is the southwest grilled chicken salad at McDonalds. With the dressing it is only 420 calories and super yummy!

Normal bread has a lot of calories in it which can stop people from eating it, but healthy choice has different kinds of breads that are only 35 or 40 calories per slice which is awesome for bread. It is thinner but i does the trick and still tastes good. I have had both the wheat and the italian.

Congrats that is awesome! I lost more than 2 pounds a week when I started dieting and now it has def slowed down. You are doing a GREAT job though!

I just made this and it is delicious and it is a lot! I didn't think it would make that much smoothie and it is only like 250 calories. I will be full after this!

Yes it can. As long as you plug everything right in this program it should be enough.

If you are tracking your food and your exercise on here it would tell you once you logged everything in for the day if it is too much or not because you don't want to go into starvation mode. Otherwise, as long as you feel fine and don't feel dehydrated and too weak the next day then I wouldn't worry about it. I read…

I would just make sure to eat at least 1200 calories everyday. Don't go under that and you should be fine.
