Just like the above post said just weights and a mat. I would highly suggest starting out with the 3lb weights and see how you do. I actually change them up during the routine because some things I need the bigger weight. Good Luck and stick to it.

I have done it based on Body type but never heard of the Blood type.

Glad you are feeling better :) I know how it is with trying to get caught up. My son was admitted into the hospital for most of last week so I didn't get anything done either. With him being so young, I only left the room once while we were there. But I am excited to get back to it!

Well I had a lot going on last week with my 5 month old being admitted into the hospital on Tuesday and not being let out until Friday. All is good not so I am back at it. I did weigh this morning and no change BUT I would rather not lose than to gain. So I am excited to get back into everything today.

You can get flavors to add to your water. I get the Great Value Grape and I have no problem getting in water then.

Thank you for posting this. I too just had a baby at the end of April and just restarted my journey. This was very helpful. It's not easy with a 5 month old at home but you just gave me more hope.

I am not able to work out until around 9-10pm usually. I don't think it matters what time you work out. The only problem I have run into was having way to much energy to go to sleep after. I normally have a glass of skim milk & protein bar about 30 min after working out. I would like to see what other's say.

I think we all lose our way every now and then. But that in when we have to dig deep to kind where it went to. Here is the thing..it takes a while to get where we want to go. But look...you have come so far already. You got this, just keep moving ahead.

I have been putting heat on it and it helps a little not much. Maybe I will try the ice packs and see what that does. Where did you get the supplement at? Is it something that anyplace like Target or Walmart would have or something I need to go to a vitamin store to get?

No not yet. The pain hasn't been too horrible yet. I have been having a problem with my hip on the same side and planned on talking to the doc when I go next month. Maybe I will up my appt just to make sure all is good.

That is great..it is hard to pass on the things we like but yet feels so good when we do. Good for you :happy:
