I had gastric 2009 and the same thing happens to all of us. I lost a total of 92lbs, I found out my metabolism is 3xs slower than the average person my height and weight and that has to do with genetics( this test was done by my weight loss doctor), so unless I really starve self I never can get to my goal of 150. But…

I had it 2009 it was the best thing I have ever done I had absolutely no complications at all, I still have my gallbladder, have gained 15lbs and lost 8. I just watch the people around me and refuse to get any bigger... I have seen many gain a lot of weight I just rap my mind it all day!

. So am I and I keep loosing and picking up the same two pounds!

It was really hard for me cause gas got trapped and my night and days were mixed up... had you asked me would i have recommended in the 1st two months i would have said no but there after i loved every minute of it. i do not believe i took full advantage of it...I needed this site for help and support! I wish they would have giving me my surgery in my 20's... I attempted at 26 and did not qualify. I was 34 but your skin has a better chance for snapping back the younger you are and in my opinion. I know people love to do the work and be judgmental!

Hello Kisha I dont know how much further you need to go but I have 37 more and cant seem to get there and my problem is I just dont like to exercise with weight and I need to in order to burning fat longer. I will encourage you as much as I can!

I totally agree and you can not get angry with anyone who drops out on you when you have a partner. It is easier with someone else but you have to be your own motivated partner!

Loose skin comes with genetics and age the older you are sometimes the harder it is for skin that has been streched for such a long period of time to snap back...
