you're body thinks of a weekly basis rather than daily, so there is no such thing as max calories that wold be the same as no calories. What I've done is work out right before breakfast time you deplete your glycogen stores and as soon as you finish work out, have breakfast with dates/water and protein shake and you're good !

try the Fage Greek plain yogurt very very low on calories, ditch the furit business, all protein. Thanks for the tip
