LOL Yes I am sure that was Goldilocks. Honest mistake ;) I am the same. I have about a 24hr window to eat banana's after which I can't anymore because the are too soft :(

I am so glad that I don't live in the US and we don't have this "problem" in South Africa

I log the evening before for the next day so that I know in advance what to pack for lunch and if I need to go to the store for dinner prep. It really helps me to stay within my calories for the day and not eat anything "unnecessary".

Well, I usually only eat 1 packet a week and I am still under my calories. Is that okay then?

It definitely fits. I am battling to reach my minimum calories for the day. Looking for healthy snacks to add to my daily diet. Are almonds okay? If so, how many?

I will be doing day 6 today and it's amazing how it gets easier as the days go on. After the first day I literally needed to lie down and I was in major pain for the first 3 days. Already seeing my body starting to change.
