  • I am 43 and lost a lot of weight 5 years ago and it took a year and a half to put it all back on again. So here I am working at this and this time I am determined to keep it off. So NO you are not too late. Please add me if you want for support.
  • I am 5'4.5" and my goal weight is 135-140. I wouldn't mind going to 125-130, but I know everyone will tell me I am too thin even though just before I had children I was 123lbs. But our bodies do change as we get older so as long as I look and feel good in a pair of jeans and a bathing suit I will be happy.
  • I bought a simple cheap ($15) scale that is digital. It gives you lbs & ounces. I love it except when it tells me that I gained two ounces overnight - but it does keep me in line!
  • I don' t think that is enough to eat for lunch. I like to eat a lot of veggies throughout the day so that my calorie count at meals can be higher. Each meal should contain protien too. For lunch I usually have a salad, lately it is spring mix lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese, mushrooms and tuna with a light balsamic…
  • Starbucks holiday blend - home brewed - black.
  • Celery & artichoke humus.
  • Perhaps change what you are eating. Add some more protein and fiber. Especially the protein if you are running that much.
  • Feel free to add me. I have about 30lbs to go as well. I work and go to school and raise 3 kids. I am striving for a healthier me and family as well as trimming down.
  • We have the advantage of having a fridge at work. I go shopping at the beginning of the week at Walmart and get a big box of Spring Mix lettuce, light balsamic dressing, some time of cheese like Feta or shaved parmasan. As for the rest of the toppings I vary that, sometimes its bananna peppers, tomoatoes, mushrooms,…
  • Would love to give/receive some support on reach goals!
  • Hated the characters. I did read all three because I was financially commited. Writing stank, too much repetition and I really didn't need to read about how emotional abusive and controlling he was and she did nothing about it. I was hoping she would end up being an inspiration to women in those types of abusvie…
  • I set my alarm the night before on my cell and then leave it in the other room so I have to get up to shut it off. Once the dog is fed and put out for his morning fresh air I hop on the treadmill for a 20 min walk. After that I do some yoga and then start my households day. I actually find I have more energy during the day…
  • I generally do not eat anything that has sugar in it other than natural foods like veggies & fruit and my count is high every day. Today it is almost double and the day is not over yet. But I also have only eaten plain yogurt and fresh fruits & veggies all day - that is it. I would say stay away from processed, eat only…
  • I save those "exercise" calories for a night time snack. Since I have been exercising I see that I am hungry at bedtime and if I do have the snack I sleep great. Just don't overindulge it and you should be fine. I lost 2 lbs last week and I eat all my calories.
  • Try some carrotts and celery. Sometimes I have some humus to go with it to spice up the flavor.
