Yes I log everything. I weigh food. I think I should not eat back any exercise cals. I'm worried I will be really hungry. I have to walk my dog for 2 x hour walks everyday. That totals a good 4/5 miles.plus I'm very active during the day My fitbit everyday says I've walked between 7 and 9 miles.

My setting is for 1lb a week loss. According to my fitbit I burn 2000 at least per day. I walk about 6 miles a day. I really want my goal to be 1500 per day but it's been set at 1250. Thanks

Well done. To get a great shape very quickly why don't you do jillian Michaels ripped in 30 or 30 day shred DVD. You will lose inches and build muscle.

thing is kellici, i don't know whether to increase my cals so Im eating about 1600 per day and not add any exercise to MFP. Im doing something most days. confusing

On average1500 per day that I exercise and1200 on the non exercise days. I want to lose about 10lbs in total and I don't mind it taking a while. I do eat healthy food eggs, salads with chicken and avocado and tomatoes etc. Greek yoghurt and I will try to have things like cauli mash instead of potatoes. I do have a bit of…
