Some advice please
My tdee is 2291. My Basel is 1258 Mfp is set at 1200 so I should lose a pound a week. I am eating back my extra cals from my fitbit. Approximately I'm eating around 1700/1800 per day. My fitbit says I'm burning 2300 per day I have been doing this for 3 weeks and haven't lost a pound. Where am I going wrong? I do wonder if…

confused about my calorie allowance,,experts help needed!
I have been mfping for nearly 3 months and I haven't lost a pound in weight! I have gained muscle through doing shred/ripped etc and I have lost a few inches and feel stronger and slimmer.
