I don't think that's correct. It probably means the roll before its cut, therefore actually 6-9 pieces.

I agree....the diets do work but not for the long term. A lot of people that go on restricted diets end up gaining it back because its hard to keep a diet like that. Keeping a balanced diet with all the food groups and keeping an eye on the calories is the healthy and best way to keep a long term weight loss.

I usually am the same way pre workout. I just don't eat big portions. I'm not overweight and never really have been. I don't agree that you can't live on 1200 calories. I struggle some days to make the amount when I eat healthy foods. And I weigh and measure things so I know my tracking is fairly precise +/= 50. IF I'm…

If your whole sugar amount comes from like candy, bars etc. then yeah it's probably not a good thing. It really is about what comes with the sugar an apple has anywhere from 8-17 g of sugar which is over half of my sugar intake. I remember watching the rebuttal documentary to super size me and he did the eating all animal fats etc…

I agree that it's what you eat that matters more if you eat an apple all of the fibre counter balances the sugar. However if there is an excess of sugar ( or carbohydrates) in you body and wants to use energy it is first going to take it from the sugar store which is a quick high energy fix before it takes it from the fat…

I use a Heart rate monitor with a calorie counter on it. Then you can just add any exercise and change the number to what the heart monitor reads.

I found one on there with the right amount of sugar. Try searching your brand name of milk. You can also add it yourself under "my foods" if it's not there. If your brand name IS there you can actually edit it yourself if it's wrong just look where you go to add food just above there is an edit button.
