im new to this too! Eleanoreb- Do not do anything careless or stupid before the marathon and just do the best that I can. enewsome2- Stay under my calories every day and log religiously. I did TRX for a little while and I loved it. My gym offered a TRX class. It def was a good workout.

i wish i could get up early (5:00) to get in a quick run/walk or a dvd but i CANNOT make myself get outta bed!!!! any advice you have or anything you do to get yourself up pass along!! :-)

girl i know the feeling!! i am up at 5:30 and my school doesn't get out until 4:15. i try and go to the gym right from school and i bought some jillian michael's dvds to do on days i dont go to the gym. they are only 30 minutes so i can def make time for that! im loving that its summer and i can do two a day work outs!

i just bought a new balance women's only one from target for $59 that came with a chest strap. love it!

isnt wearing a chest strap annoying? im looking into HRM too and everyone i have talked to said polar is the best and most accurate. i have been looking at the watch ones because i dont think i could handle a strap around me while i work out.
