    egg whites
    wildwood tofu
beans (whole, but honestly i eat a bit of refried beans too)
    corn tortillas
    avocado
    salad greens
    feta cheese
    bananas
    strawberries
frozen blueberries (always on hand for smoothies!)
    portabella (for bbqing)
    yams
onions/garlic/jalapenos (always gotta have these on hand!)
    tomatoes
    broccoli
    salsa
    oranges
    broccoli
    zuccini
eggplant (I make my own baba ganouj regularly)
raw tahini (for the baba ganouj)
    lemons/limes
    brown rice
    Cilantro!
    Coconut milk
dried cranberries (so good on a salad with feta cheese!)

I think basically if you stick to the produce section, you're doing pretty good. Add in some brown rice, some source of protein (I'm veggie so it's tofu and beans) and that sounds pretty good.
The reality is, I also eat a lot of not "clean" foods...but i'm working on it. chipping away daily!

I love seeds on everything. They're just the dried kind, so they can be mixed in with whatever you like for a little bit of a nutty flavour. Really good on bagels with natural peanut butter! I hear they also make chia tea too and that's it's really good. Haven't found it yet though.

You're getting a Whole Foods soon in OKC. I just moved from Norman a few months ago and was sad I missed out. Also, there are a ton of health food stores in Norman that might have coconut yogurt, like Native Roots or the Earth.

What defines 'clean eating'? I've been curious about this for awhile now... I guess I could just google it...:ohwell:

But too many sites are blocked here at work.

My guess was it would be eating whole, unprocessed pesticide-free (organic) fruits, veggies, and whole-grains?

I'm pretty sure I do that for the most part - all your shopping lists are similar to mine (except I'm vegetarian and mostly vegan.) I get a CSA box every week with organic local fruits and veggies.

In my CSA (organic farm share) box this week: Honeydew melon, Beets, Tomatoes, Edamame, Onions, Cabbage, Head Lettuce, Basil, Green Beans, Peppers, Kabocha Squash :D
