  • Thanks all :-) So today I've netted 872 but there is NO way I can eat anymore! As you can see, my diary is stuffed so it's not like I'm starving lol!! So it appears that basically I'm not eating back my exercise cals today...no big deal right??

  • Oh I hadn't noticed that...thank you! so I only have a deficit of 189? That's not good. I wish they had charts like calorie count that clearly shows deficit. Also why can't I track my vitamin intake?
