  • Try just going for a walk. You will probably feel a lot better for having done it. I know its really tough to diet and exercise when you feel low but giving up will make you feel worse.
  • I totally know what you mean. Healthy protein is a good way to fill up when fruit & veg just doesn't hit the spot though.
  • Hi psmd Have you recalculated the amount of calories you need? I have found that for every 2lb I lose I need about 20 calories less. So if you have lost 14lb and not recalculated then your weight loss will slow down. Other thoughts might be that the sort of exercise you are doing might be causing this problem. You might be…
