i've been at 1200 since i started 3 months ago i'm always under 200-300 calories and i've lost weight. but i seem to plateau a lot. i'll be at the same weight for a week then the next week drop 1.5lbs

make sure you're eating enough calories, you have to eat at least 1200 and make sure you're not eating to many, 2000 calories will keep you at your current weight.

i had knee surgery 2 years ago to keep it from dislocating and the physical therapy things i did that helped my knee get stronger were elliptical, tredmil, bike and pool. You want all your leg muscles to get strong because thats whats holding your knee in place. Just take it slow and be very careful.

I have a wii fit and there are some good strength excrises but for cardio its not that great. I recommend the wii EA active 2 game, it comes with a heart rate monitor and it has tons of workouts for cardio. the game was $24 at target when i got it about a month ago. And the wii console can be as low as $99 used at gamestop

i'm in norcal too

I heard prenatal vitamins dont work for hair and nail growth, that has something to do with your blood flow and pregnancy hormones that make your hair and nails grow. Try taking the vitamin biotin. It's to strengthen your hair and grow your nails too

grapefruits are high in potassium and help boost your metabolism.

The wii active 2 is great, it comes with a heart monitor so it can accurately tell you the amount of calories burnt. It's more of a serious workout in my opinion than the wii fit plus, but the wii fit plus burns calories too and is funner than wii active.
