Pretty much any food scale will do. I prefer a digital scale so I can easily switch from grams to lb-ozs. Walmart has several for under $25. The first one I owned was the Biggest Loser scale. It was simple to use and easy to read. There really isn't any need to get too fancy with the scale.

Its usually a good idea to wait if you are sore. You want at least one day between the workouts on the same muscle. The muscle actually strengthens during the time between workouts.

My entire family has an iron deficiency problem. A nice little trick to adding more iron is to invest in a few cast iron skillets. Cooking your food with cast iron adds significant amounts of iron to the food.

I opted for the bodymedia fit / bodybug for the accuracy of the readings. The main reason to go Fitbit over Bodybugg is Fitbit lacks the additional cost of a subscription. It is also smaller which some people like.
