Thanks for this awesome feedback. I will look into incorporating some peanut butter and powders into the diet. It just sucks wasting a year loosing 70 pounds and going back to eating so much calories to loose weight. I feel like I am only 30% there. When I used to feel I was around 80%

Yea, I was so used to logging everyday when loosing 2lbs a week, i just stopped logging. Its a hassle and I knew what I was doing. So know I have to start again in order to make sure I know protein and fat levels. Who would've thought that loosing fat and building muscle would be so dang technical!

Thank you all for the feedback! I will just cut back the cals for now and risk a little muscle loss to get to my ultimate goal and then build from that. It sucks you can't kill to birds with one stone!
