  • So this week I had the first FIRE 55 workout and I couldnt get through the whole 55min workout. I could only do around 30min, I just had to give up... Will it get better as I workout more and more? and am I the only one having trouble?
  • Amazing work!! I hope turbofire works wonders for me too.. I just started.. 6 weeks seems like years away at this poin, but if YOU ARE AN EXAMPLE of what it can do.. I AM DEFINITELY KEEPING AT IT!!
  • Great job!!!I :) You look FAB!!!
  • You are right and everytime I think of eating/not working out, I shall remind myself this.. that the picture last a lifetime!! :)
  • Will do!! :) The Turbofire routine doesnt include it, so I haven't been doing weights at all. But I should probably start.
  • Do you like swimming or Yoga? With arthirtis, I think the other forms of working out could be a little difficult and painful. If you enjoy the water, Water aerobics are a good option. Any low impact exercise would help. Leg lifts can do wonders... which simply involves lying down and lifting your legs first one at a time…
  • Hi guys!!! this is just what I needed.. my big day is Jan 19th, a lot sooner than all your dates and my goal to lose 40-50lbs.. PLEASE TELL ME ITS STILL POSSIBLE!!! :( I am doing the Turbofire by beachbody.. anyone else on that routine?
  • Thats just great!! Go for it.. I have made the same resolution and have 6months to pull through. I am getting married and really really want to lose the weight for once in my life. I too have always been PLUMP (5 4", 160-170lbs) but would love to be 120-130 if it is even possible!! All the best and I hope we both succeed!
  • Hi Jabber, I am new to turbofire too and on my second day. I think the stretch class in all the DVD's are the same. I also think that if you arent hitting the spots you want , you can modify it a little. As Chalene says, its your workout so do what works for you. :) Hope we can reach the 90th day!!! :) ;)
