IF you come to NYC or LA (they have a shop in LA) you should visit them. They also have a cookbook. I haven't tried it yet, Plan to, but if you want to make thsi stuff at home you can.

I don't know about spagetti but I do think you should get a scale. It's completely Changed my life and the way i eat. Its great!

Think online food shopping is great. I get what i want and only sometiems a little extra and it's normally more fruit of vegies since i don't see all the bad stuff. Great idea making a food plan for the week and then buying jut what you need. It makes life so much simpler! Keep up the good work and good luck this week.

I was told once (i'm not a dr and the person isn't either, so take it with a grain of salt) that unless your working out like a mainiac you really don't need to eat all your excersie calories. Me too but they are so bad since they are cooked in oil and are all potato, this way you get the best of both worlds.

It ended up making like 11 or 12, but i'm not sure if you use a mesuring cup how much. We just eye balled it and did the calorie calculations ahead of time. Serving suggestion: Apple Sauce

We had pan seared flounder tonight, cooks in seconds. We paired it with a quick salad.

For a last min snack i have a Nature's valley honey oat bars in my drawer at work but I try to take fruit (cut watermellon, pinapple or a peach) or berries and yougart, or portioned out nuts are a good choice. The only other one i've done is baby carrots and a portion of hummus.

Not sure where but you can always stop at a diner and get a salad with dressing on the side, or vinigar to put on. Or pick a chain resturant that you can look up the calories ahead of time and know what your getting. Good Luck.

My Pastas are all pre-cooking amounts. I find that it's enough food if put with lots of vegies. Good luck.

I've only been on here for about a week and a 1/2 and this idea of a "cheat day" freaks me out. I don't think i'm weak i just know portion and self control can be hard for em when it come to food. I just saw Cranberry pills in the Pharmacy. Next to all the Vitamins, i don't know if they work or if they are any good but that might be a way to get the same benifit without the calories or less.

I say just portion out what you want ot eat before you get to the table. Put the rest away and that way you start to teach your self to only eat whats infront of you.

I've never made nor do i like Kettlecorn but I love using Splenda in cooking and baking. Use the porotion it says on the package or less. I find when i use it in baking its extra sweet and has a little bit of an aftertaste. Have you tired not using the oil at all and air poping?

i've found walking helps the cramps a lot, but the fact is i haven't gotten really bad ones in a long time. I do suggest giving yourself a little kindness and trying to go but if you can't do to much don't. Just do as much as you can and try to push just a little.
