Hey Guys, have been doing ok on MFP, been a little distracted with other things over the past few weeks and also have just come back from my hols where i managed to put on 3lbs :( however did have an amazing time which totally made up for it.

So I thought to myself what can i do differently this month to help myself???

One thing i thought about was why i eat 'bad' food? Most of the time it is because i go shopping hungry and end up buying naughty stuff, then its in the house and just gets eaten...sooooooo....i have just ordered my first ever online shop for Tesco.

Sat down like a geek with my pad and paper and made meal plans and have aonly bought goods to do these meals and a feel low cal treats.

My thinking is if it is not here then I cannot eat it right??

Will let you know how I get on.........

Anyone else find online food shopping works for them?

    I love online food shopping!!!

My only complaint is in the produce dept. I like to pick my own fruit and veggies. Otherwise, online shopping is a great weight loss tool. Its also great to help stay on budget, since you see the total BEFORE check out! lol

Think online food shopping is great. I get what i want and only sometiems a little extra and it's normally more fruit of vegies since i don't see all the bad stuff.
Great idea making a food plan for the week and then buying jut what you need. It makes life so much simpler!
Keep up the good work and good luck this week.

I online shop using Ocado. It saves time, and there are no impusle purchases! i always used to shop with a list, but I find this even better. Especially when they show the nutritional values online too.
