    I'd like to share with all of you, one of my favorite sites to go to for healthy recipes.

    She is a is a Certified Health and Nutrition Counselor and Fitness Trainer and a great source of information. She has introduced me to some fab recipes and some foods I've never tried before and some I've never heard of!!! Loved everything I've made... and it's all very quick and easy.

    Also, she has the cutest little chubby-cheeked baby I've ever seen. You have the check out the pics... adorable!!!

      Thanks!!! I bought "Eat Yourself Thin" a couple of months ago and they have nice and fun adaptations for some recipes, but really that healthy.

      That is a great website. Thanks for posting it!

      Another great website is www.hungrygirl.com, they have so many recipes and MOST are under two hundred calories!!! Also, they are pretty delicious!!!
