Because I've been lazy, I'm still in week 3 of Lean and did circuit 2 today - 370 calories

Week 3 of Lean/Circuit 1 - 405 calories. These workouts really kick my butt.

I have no idea, but I was eating things like two 500 calorie cookies in a sitting, or a 700 calorie sandwich, or a 500 calorie shake. No wonder so much weight was gained.

I should try that! I have a thousand pounds to lose though, do you think that is making it harder for me? I do them way better than I used to, so that's something. Sneaky Butt Lift dude!

Week 2 of Lean/Circuit 3 - 348 calories. Still doing push ups on my knees :sad: but hopefully by the end of my next round I'll be on my toes like a pro.... :huh:

I had to lower mine. It's because we did 6-8 in Push and now we have to do 10-12.

Took an unscheduled day off yesterday so today was Week 2 of Lean/Burn Intervals and did a bazillion bicep curls - 488 calories

Week2 of Lean/Circuit 1 - 377 calories.... Where did Push go? lol Can I have it back now? It's just.. I love how she says to concentrate on the biceps when I'm trying to do a hamstring curl at the same time, without falling over :laugh: I am not the most coordinated person.

I'm starting my 2nd week of Lean today, but I'll be restarting Burn (round two) near the end of June.

After lean circuit 1 I was pretty sure I was going to hate the entire phase, but after finishing 2 and 3, I actually like it. Even if I find it difficult to keep my balance while trying to do two things at once. I have found that I was sore through the week, too. I wonder if it is just because it is a new phase like…

I just finished up my last day of Push w/ TJ's Fat Blaster - 315 calories. Lean phase starts tomorrow! I'm actually kind of happy to put those 35lb kettle bells away for a while. Hopefully next round I'll do better with them. Still can't do push ups on my toes :grumble: Still not giving up :bigsmile:

I haven't read any responses, but I know I always feel really dehydrated if I don't drink a lot of water each day. I average 12 glasses per day.
