Upped my calories recently..
so I'm eating 1700 + exercise calories each day, and I burned over 500 calories and I'm sooo hungry right before bed. But I see this as my metabolism kicking into gear. I used to be at 1200 lol

Yesterday was my first day (Burn circuit 1) and I'm feeling it now, which I like. Today is supposedly a rest day, but since I'm so far away from my goal weight, would it hurt to do some cardio?
