Upped my calories recently..

so I'm eating 1700 + exercise calories each day, and I burned over 500 calories and I'm sooo hungry right before bed. But I see this as my metabolism kicking into gear. I used to be at 1200 lol

lol it didn't take long for my appetite to kick in when I upped my calories!!
I try to make my meals and snacks larger portions and eat more calorie dense foods - no more 'diet' food! I have had days when I'm hungry at bedtime so have tried to even my intake out throughout the week by eating a bit more on rest days as well, seems to be helping.0
