Can someone tell me in grams how much butter and coconut oil they use? Anyone ever weighed it?
-
Any Aussies do BPC? I bought butter today but I have no idea if I can get grass fed butter in Australia?

I'm from Melbourne Australia so a little backwards to most of my friends LOL. I log daily-just hit 405 days of daily logging. Anyone can feel free to add me, I'm a bit all over the place ATM but I log it all.

Anyone can feel free to add me. I'm aiming for 60 or under carbs. From australia :)

The first thing you might like to do is open your diary to public so that we can see it and give advice. If MFP has you set to 1700 cals I'd be eating the whole lot. If your already at 1200 you will have no where to go as you get smaller.

Thanks for the comments. The chart puts me into the class of an athlete which at 5'2" and 74.8kg I defiantly am not. I do find I have to push myself a lot harder than other people to lose the same amount of weight and I wondered if it had anything to do with it. Does a person with a RHR of 80 burn more calories doing…

I like to have chocolate with a hot drink. Take a small bite of the chocolate, a sip of the drink. Melts it all in my mouth and fills me up quicker than eating plain chocolate. I'm low carbing ATM so occasionally have super dark chocolate or an atkiens bar

I'm so freaking proud of you Em. Your appearance is changing, your health is improving and you seem so much happier now. It's fantastic to see :)

Anyone can feel free to add me. I'm a mum to a 15 month old boy and have a couple of Kg to go to pre pregnancy weight but want to lose another 15 kg after that. I'm trying lower carb atm so my food diary can be a bit odd to look at lol

Yum! Recipe for the muffin at all?

Bump, these are heading to my tummy

Thanks ladies :) Do I need to stick to a certain number of calories? Is there any that will work best? I'm a mum of a 15 month old, work 2 10 hour days a week in a pound and log all the exercise i do with a HRM. The past week has been dismal in working out.

Any one can add me. I'm reducing carbs but still eat fruit and veggies and some dairy. I'm trying to stay around 100g net a day but I still have splurge weekends. They slow down my progess but I'm happier living my life and I stick to it this way :)

Yum, gonna try these ones out

I'm always looking for new friends. I'm 29, almost the big 3 0 :noway: I have a 14 month old baby boy and I work part time at an animal pound. I have a bunch of dogs and my friends and I compete in dogs sports pretty often. I have lost around 15kg since having my son and around 25kg from my highest ever weight. I'm still…

Are there any carb experts out there? I have found since trying to lower my carbs and increase my protein my fats and cholesterol has gone up. It's been in the red the last few days. Is this bad? My calories are still sitting ok but I've noticed the others creeping up a bit.
-
I'd love some ideas too. I'm just trying to lower my carb level a bit and getting stuck on ideas.
-
I'm trying to lower my carbs a bit so have been having eggs, light bacon, mushrooms and tomato for breakfast. As a result MFP is telling me I'm over on my cholesterol every day at the moment. Does anyone have any lower carb suggestions? I'm in australia so may not have some of the things I see other people eating.

Many thanks for that. I might just set it to that level and take it from there. I exercise fairly reguarlly but don't want to eat calories for exercise I might end up missing out on doing due to every day life. this will still be increasing my daily calories by over 100 so hopefully this will break this stupid stall I'm…

My only question is, and apologises if this has been covered, can I set my calories to the sedentary level and then eat back exercise? I only ask because I vary so greatly in planned exercise daily and weekly. Some weeks I might burn 3500 in a week, others under 1000.

This is really interesting stuff. I ran my numbers 30 years, female, height 63.38inches, current weight 175, goal 130 and body fat % 44.7 and came up with a BMR of 1322. It says I need to eat sedentary 1652 lightly active 1893 moderatly active 2134 very active 2375 extremely active 2616 I find activity level to be a hard…

Anyone?

With this method we DON"T eat back our exercise calories do we? They are already factored in right? I'm trying to sort out my activity level properly. I'm a mum who works part time at an animal pound and when i work out I use my heart rate monitor and come in at between 2000-3500 calories burned from exercise per week. Any…

4 Days? Is it possible you pulled the muscle getting the cart moving for Eddie at weight pull on saturday? It took alot of effort to get the 412kg cart moving.

This is a fantastic spreadsheet :) I just have one question, what is the IF ONLY section in regards to? I wasnt sure what that one was. Also I wasn't too sure what my activity level would be? I'm a mum 5 days a week but I work in an animal pound the other 2 days from 8am-6.30pm. I'm in and out of the office and kennels all…

Feel free to add me too. I'm a mum to an almost 1 year old boy. I'm only a few kilos off my pre pregnancy weight but I had more I wanted to lose before I had him so still a long way to go!
