  • Ditto to the other comments. You will see some ppl tell you morning, some say otherwise. The best time to work out is the time when you are able to give it your all...which will vary from person to person and sometimes just from day to day. Just keep working out and eating healthy and you will see results!:happy:

  • I used to eat almost all processed foods too! I commute 150 miles a day to work so I did it for convenience I guess.   • It's really hard to say without knowing what your diet consists of and how many meals you eat a day. I agree with adding exercise each day, as this will add to your alotted caloric intake.   • I use Whey Protein strictly for the protein intake and don't want added calories, so I use water, shake it and chug it. It doesn't taste 'good' but it's gone in 5 seconds...........:wink:
