For the life of me I cannot figure this out. OK, so my calories are set at 1200 a day. I burn about 400-600 calories in my daily workouts. Is MFP telling me I need to eat between 1600-1800 calories a day to lose or do I just go with the 1200 and whatever I burn is a deficit? I am not a stupid person but holy moly, trying…

No DOMS with P90X
OK guys, I don't know what's up but I am never sore following P90X workouts. I do my own recovery drink of Whey Protein and a banana but I don't know how that can alleviate all muscle soreness.
